Step 1 | Education

Successful property investing starts with understanding, not guesswork. Our role is to ensure our clients feel informed, confident, and supported from the very beginning of their investment journey.

Education begins with a dedicated 90-minute session called a Freedom Accelerator with our investment team. Here we help clients understand how property investing works, clarify their goals, and assess their current position. From there, each client is supported by a dedicated property investment mentor who guides them through every step of the process, explaining decisions, market conditions, and strategy along the way.

Education is ongoing, not a one-off conversation. As markets shift and portfolios grow, we continue to provide guidance so our clients can move forward with confidence and clarity, supported by a structured approach to property investing.

Step 2 | Strategy

Property investment without strategy is speculation. Before any property is recommended, we work with our clients to build a clear, tailored investment strategy based on their goals, financial position, and time horizon.

This strategy considers factors such as borrowing capacity, risk tolerance, income requirements, portfolio balance, and long-term wealth objectives. For some clients, this means prioritising capital growth. For others, it may be about income, diversification, or building a scalable portfolio over time.

Every strategy is personalised. There is no single “best” location or property type. What matters is that each acquisition fits into a broader plan and supports where the client wants to be in five, ten, or twenty years.

Step 3 | Research

Strong investment decisions are backed by data, not hype. Our research process focuses on identifying high-quality property investment opportunities across Australia based on market fundamentals, not trends.

We analyse economic drivers, population growth, infrastructure investment, supply and demand, rental conditions, and long-term performance indicators to determine where opportunities exist and where risk should be avoided. Each property is assessed not just on price, but on its potential role within a client’s overall portfolio.

This level of research allows us to filter out unsuitable properties and focus only on opportunities that align with our clients’ strategies and long-term goals.

Step 4 | Acquisition

Once the right strategy and opportunity are identified, our investment team manages the acquisition process from start to finish, removing complexity while protecting our clients’ interests at every stage.

Unlike many investment companies that focus on recommending a single property type, we take a broader, strategy-first approach. We assess all property types and structures, selecting opportunities based on what best aligns with each client’s goals, financial position, and long-term investment strategy. This ensures every property we recommend has a clear purpose within the portfolio, rather than being chosen to fit a fixed product or model.

Our team manages due diligence, negotiations, and coordination with finance and legal professionals to ensure each acquisition is carefully considered and strategically aligned.

We offer a complete in-house service designed to support you well beyond the purchase of a property. From working with our specialist finance team to secure the right loan, to our boutique property management service overseeing your portfolio, every part of your investment is managed under one roof.

Our support continues long after settlement through structured reviews and annual tracking that help you clearly see how your portfolio is performing over time. By monitoring growth, cash flow, and lending position, we ensure your strategy stays aligned with your goals as your portfolio and circumstances evolve, giving you the confidence to make informed decisions for long-term wealth creation.

We create personalised strategies, conduct in-depth property research, and connect you with our qualified and licenced professionals—including real estate agents, mortgage brokers, accountants, and financial advisers. We do all the work so you can focus on what you’re good at!

  • We recommend a range of property types, depending on your goals, capacity, and what strategy best suits your situation. Our strategies include established properties, new builds, multiple occupancy, renovations, ancillary dwellings, subdivisions, and developments. It’s not about one particular property—it’s all about the overall strategy. Your strategy dictates the type of property and its location, based on your circumstances and market cycles.


  • This depends on you. Everyone has different needs and goals, so the strategy must align with your capacity and risk profile. Most property investment strategies are effective, but they’re tailored to different types of investors. In the Freedom Accelerator, we’ll explain our ‘Motivate Methodology’ and show how most of our clients invest with the bigger picture in mind.

  • The Freedom Accelerator is the first step in our process. We discuss your goals and current situation, walk you through the ‘Motivate Methodology’, and show you how it applies to you—including the numbers to back it up. We also explain how our business operates. Bring as many questions as possible to ensure you fully understand everything before deciding to become a client.

  • We don’t charge any fees for our property investment education, training, and coaching. For your personalised Motivate Strategy, there is an initial $1,000 engagement fee, which is refunded if you proceed with a property purchase through us. We're one of the few companies in Australia that don’t charge ongoing fees, research fees, or miscellaneous service fees. We’ll explain all of this in the Freedom Accelerator.

  • This depends on your goals and what “financially free” means to you—it’s different for everyone! As a general guide, for every $50,000 per year in passive income, you’ll need about $1 million in net assets (excluding your home). In your Freedom Accelerator, we’ll help you define your goal and build a plan to get there.
