If you do not have land yet, we act as your buyers agent to source and secure the right site on your behalf, identifying high-potential opportunities using data and market research across Australia.

Many homeowners are surprised to find their block already meets the requirements for subdivision or multi-dwelling development. Requirements vary by state and council. We manage a range of development types from duplex and triplex projects through to multi-dwelling developments of up to 10 lots. We also work with clients on retain-and-build arrangements where the client keeps their existing home and develops the rear or balance of the lot.
